Fraud-unauthorized a deduction of $99.95 from checking account from my $6.95 order. Order was returned, but not reply back

Unauthrized a deduction from my checking account of $99.95 for my $6.95 order. Fraudulantly mislead by deseptive advertising on the internet for the addition amount. Returned product because it didnt work, but no acknowledgement or refund.
Called their toll free number: 800.886.8805 and talked to a person by the name of Rashina. She was rude and would not listen to my complaint and refund request. She tried to sell me something else in the process and hung up on me. I told her that I would report her to the BBB.
