Fraudently selling Yorkshire Terrier puppies through internet and US newspapers using Delta Cargo for shipping of pups Barcelona

I found an ad for teacup Yorkshire Terriers, a male and female. I wanted only the female. Responded to Dr. Jason Cooks, who is only charging $100 for change of ownership papers and he would pay the shipping of pups to me from Barcelona, Spain. He is on missions and they don't have much time for the puppies. He wanted to know where I was from, what denomination I am and what experience I have with animals. He wants to make sure the puppies go to a good home and not be used for fighting. He felt that we would be a good home for the puppies and they would soon be at my house. I would wire $100 to him through his secretary, Morfan Franklin who would pick up the wire while he finished the change of ownership papers. I received an e-mail from Delta Cargo Express, looked authentic, stating that there was a $1000 insurance deposit that had to be paid for Yorkshire Terriers by the EU Price
Determination Commission. I also received a phone call from someone that I could barely understand stating that I needed to get in touch with the sender ASAP so he could finish up some details that needed to be completed before the puppies missed their flight. I quickly e-mailed J. Cooks letting him know that he needed to get back in touch with the airlines ASAP. Received a response from him that because of his daughters accident, he was financially down and could only get a loan for $1030 and that I needed to wire him $970 quickly so the puppies would not have to stay at the airport too long. He had also covered the $50 charge so I would not have to pick up the pups from the airport. They would be delivered directly to me. Upon delivery, the insurance deposit would be refunded to me and I would need to wire the $1030 back to him so he could pay his bills. I now am to wire the $970 to a Gorge Mogan of the St. Joseph Baptist Orphanage. He will get the money from Pastor Gorge and pay the insurance deposit fee and send the puppies on. Before I left to wire the $970, I googled St. Joseph Orphanage and came up with Delta Express RIP-OFF and read the story from the girl from Arkansas about her $98 English Bulldog Puppy and from Crystal in Florida. Thank you for this alert. I was only scammed for $100 and do not intend to go any further! Back to the newspapers to look for a small indoor puppy, one I can see, hold and know is real before I spend any more money.
