Tony Capushi (SP?) is the biggest slumlord in the Mount Clemens, Michigan area. We had a major roof leak in our building and now have a severe mold/mildew problem. I have spoken with him several times and was finally told that if I did not like the living conditions to move out.
The city of Mount Clemens building inspectors have told him to have the mold tested. He has refused to do this. He was told to do other things around here as well and again he refuses to fix some of the problems.in the winter months this past winter, he only plowed the parking lot once and did not have the sidewalks done at all.
If you plan on moving to the Mount Clemens, Michigan area... Stay away for Dickinson Manor Apartments. As far as I am concerned, this whole building should be condemned like it was suppose to be years ago.
