My 74 year old mother and I were experiencing a cash flow problem. We were researching pay day loans on the internet and unknowingly to us we apparently signed up with PDL Resource Site. I did not see anything regarding this site when we were researching, but next thing I know, $17.97 was taken out of my checking account. I was furious. I called the company demanding that my money be put back in my checking account and they refused. They said it was non refundable. I ask for a supervisor but was denied access to one. I told them I was going to make sure that no one would use their service.
I would read the fine print on payday loans. I didn't see anything stating I was going to have money withdrawn from my account but apparently it doesn't have to say, they just do it.
