HSBC increased my interest rates without my knowledge. I was paying my bill on line and changed bank information. Both times HSBC charged me a late fee for this and again with no reason.
I've made several attemps to contact them with the last telling them I was going to pay my bill in full and would like to know the exact payoff. When they told me I sent them a check in the mail right away. They also said if I paid it off before the next payment date this amount would be all I owed.
The next thing I knew I had another bill for an amount over $50.00 just in interest alone.
I have no other choice, but to pay this amount. If you're looking for a rip off then you have one here. I got hooked up with this company, but hopefully, if new potenial customers read this they will be saved the money and stress that I have been subjected to.
