My story is exactly how Cowgirl's story went. I have been getting put off in every way imagined by this company. Specifically, Gwen, the owner, and Shannon, in the accounting department, since February 7.
I was told today, June 24, that since they were unable to process a refund to my credit card, which is how I originally made payment, a check was cut & mailed to my address on Monday, June 22, and should receive it any day. We shall see!!! I'm not holding my breath!
