This is my first time to visit this site, and in all actuality I was searching information on this particular company. I worked for Websmart, which is the company global hired to sell the credit cards. I only worked there for a week and a half.
Myself, and many others working there were not aware of the fact that this was a "scam". All Global told websmart was that they were going to be selling visa or mastercards, with a benefits package. Or at least that is what they told us. I began working there, and the first week was training, and the third day that I was on the phone, I quit.
I didn't think that a "legit" company could be a scam, however I knew I wouldn't want the credit card. I still have yet to get paid, and am very frusterated. I am only out $300.00, and I know that there are more employees that are out a lot more.
My heart goes out to the people who lost money from global and to the employees who lost money from WebSmart. Everyone needs to understand that the employees of WebSmart, at least at the Minot center were not aware of the fact the customers of global were not receiving their packages. I know I wasn't!
