After ordering the camera, I emailed them a cancellation as the 800 number they gave stayed busy (24/7) to cancel. I received a confirmation that they would reimberse my account within 7-10 days. The amount was already deducted out of our checking account and the camera was delivered 2 weeks later.
After returning the camera, then an accessory packet was charged to my account and delivered in January. They did not have my approval to send a packet or withdraw funds from our bank account.
My emails were ignored until a "few" were answered and would go through the same process of instructing me to submit my invoice no., etc... These items were in the email! Now, I received a response yesterday and I have responded and the emails are coming back as "failure to deliver."
