I've used H&R Block for many years and never questioned the fee. This year when we were done and I was told the charge was over $500.00 I was very upset. The preparer told me the computer deleted my information and had to be reentered and that H&R would reimburse me. I've called many times and til no answer. Also ask for an itemized bill to see just how they are charging you. I am very unhappy with them and will not return unless they fix this problem!!!
