Why is it that when you ask for an itemized receipt from H&R Block Premier services you are told that they cannot do that because is is proprietary information and why is it that they cannot tell you what it will cost to do your taxes prior to doing them even when you show them the forms that were filled out the year before? Do all chains of tax preparation services do this — tell you it might be one price and then when it comes time to pay for them it is a few hundred more.
