I paid almost $400 dollars to have my taxes done and the tax preparer told me that I would receive my refund on the 15th of february give or take two days. Its the 24th and I still do not have my refund. When I tried to call them to see whats going on all I could get was a ridiculous recording blaming the IRS. Everyone I've spoken to that has not used H&R Block has already received their refund with no delay. It has been past two weeks since the IRS processed my return. So the problem is clearly not with the IRS but with H&R Block. From what I have been reading online I am not the only one having this problem in 2012. I will definately not be using H&R Block anymore.
