We were booked for a lovely trip to cabo. Then casa blanca called do to the issues in mexico they oddered las vegas, said ok i would work with them. Was offered the 3 days 2 nights trip. And was promised 2 sets of free show tickets. I received a book of coupons. With buy 1 get one free. Spoke with the rep and she couldnt do anything (of course) and that was there package deal (the coupons were suppose to be a the buffer to changing our plans) let me see ca bo or vegas with discount coupons buy 1 get 1 free) which one would u pick. I asked for a supervisor. Got one joanna x7409 said thats all they could do. And i asked for the legal dept (this had turned into a bad faith issue) she said she was as high as i could go. Well now here i am. Good going casa blanca u suck (beware of trading trips they will screw you)
