Better Business Bureau DISHONEST PRACTICE - represent companies not consumers, biggest ripoff to consumers and businesses

I took GM to Arbitration with the BBB. They failed to inform me of all the Texas Lemon law statues. I won my case because I proved I had a lemon, but I didn't win because of misrepresentation by the BBB and I am losing money on my car.

Don't bother with the BBB, they are not unbiased or fair. They protect the companies. Just read all the consumer complaintss on them!
