Did not ship the coins that I paid fo

I ordered the complete set of Colorized Statehood Quarters from AHS they started sending them to me then stopped in 2003 I have tried to contact them over the years with no luck. Wonder if there is any legal recourse that can be taken, I have all the paperwork and the cadolog I ordered the coins from.
