On May 29, I ordered a trial bottle of Power Colon Cleanse through Super Rewards. The trial was for 2 weeks (today). I never received my "award" so I contacted Super Rewards and they would only send me an email through a "do not reply" email that they had not been notified by the merchant that I had completed the offer. I was billed on my Master Card June 1 by Home Health Store for $6.00. I tried calling them (phone number on my bank statement) on June 2 trying to find out why Super Rewards had never been notified so that I could receive my award. Also, the s&h is advertised as $5.95!!!
I held for 45 minutes listening to the NUTCRACKER and then was CUT OFF!!! I called just after 9am CDT on 6-3-09 thinking they might not be so hard to reach early in the day. They only answer the phone as "customer service" and the rep who answered had no clue who Super Rewards is, much less who the merchant was, that they only handled CANCELLATIONS. I didn't even have an order number, because they had sent me no confirmation email and I had not received the order. This reps English was not very good and she ended up hanging up on me. This was after she asked me if I was going to "dispute $. 05 on the s&h" as if that was ridiculous.
I called back and talked to "Sheena" and I requested a $. 05 refund on my card... She said she would have the merchant send me an email within 2 business days. I have heard nothing from them. Her English was not very good either and she had no clue how Super Rewards was, either.
I finally found a way to contact Power Colon Flush on their web site and sent them an email 6-9-09 and told them I had not received the product and wanted to cancel. I have not heard anything from them. I did call back to the "customer service" and talked to Trisha who cancelled the subscription. I found out this phone number is in Novia Scotia... Who knows how much that costs...!!!
I received the product in the mail today from SHANGHAI CHINA!!! It says on the invoice that it cost $184.00 to mail it!!!
I have emailed Power Colon Cleanse again today letting them know that I received it today and I was not returning it to them since I do not have a USA address to send it back to them.
