What does it take to get a 1/4 hamburger without cheese? Twice this past week at the mcdonald's on madison ave.in council bluffs, ia i have ordered a 1/4 without cheese and twice i have gotten cheese. Do you have any type of training program on how to listen to your customers or are profits so bad we are pushing a more expensive menu item?
