I ordered some Reservatrol from ResVlife on the internet on a risk free trial. Now I see they have enrolled me in an automatic delivery and will charge my credit card $69.18 plus 5.95 for shipping and handling. I did not sign up for any automtic delivery or "Delivery Rewards Enrollment" On top of that the product contains dyes that I am allergic to and makes me sick. These were not listed as ingredients on the original ad.
Like the other complaintants I am having an impossible time trying to return and cancel this item. The phone number they give you is not good... Says they are closed or just do not answer. They do not answer the email address provided and you cannot return the item without an RMA number. The company also goes by two names I see and I cannot reach either one.
Why are companies like this allowed to continue with these practices? I see they have and are still scamming with other products right now.
I would like the company to give me an RMA number or I am just sending this back anyway... And changing my credit card number.
I would like to be included in any class action suit against this company.
What a rip-off!
