On April 18 I was charged $19.95 on my phone bill from Talent & More, LLC for which I had no clue who they were. I called them on 5/5/09 and they told me I ordered from them, which I did not (I have no clue who they are). The representive told me they would credit back my phone bill and as of today 6/8/09, I still have not received credit.
I called again today and was told I would not see a credit until sometime in July. I'd like to know how this company got my phone number and charged me for something I did not authorize. My phone number is unlisted and is on the do not call registry. I am going to call my phone company and see if they can put a block on my number so this can't happen again.
They are FRAUDS!
