I contracted with RCN to provide bundled service to me for $115 per month. I unfortunately pay my bill on auto pay, and realized they are now charging me $250.00 a month! When I call they have a different reason with every call, and just shut my service off because I refuse to pay, and they refuse to discuss the situation. I have switched to another company who is offering me the same service for $99.00 a month!!
