My wife wanted to surprise me with a limited editon Air Jordan Fusion 20 sneaker & ToeToeshoes.com was one of the first sites besides footlocker that popped up on Google. They're also a sponsored link for google. So she figured they were legit. They showed nice images of the sneaker & claimed to 100% authentic.
My wife purchased the sneakers days later & told me that during the transaction they asked for pay pal & noticed the sneakers were coming from China & the money was being paid to an individual named Huang Zhicheng. Which made my wife raise an eyebrow.
If I had known my wife bought the sneakers I would have stopped her. The sneakers came in a bootleg jordan box. The box was clearly fake with jordan stickers on them. I opened up the box & it was a completely different sneaker than what they displayed on their site.
Yeah the colors & design was similar but the leather was hard instead of soft. It did not come with any jordan tags, The stitching was all awkward, the tips of the sneaker stitching was higher than the other, everything from the laces to the inside of the show was a horrible bootleg. The comfort of the sneaker was horrible & the soles of the sneaker didn't even touch from the heal to the toe.
I was enraged that my wife tried to surprise me with a great looking pair of sneakers to get ripped off by some phony shop out in china claiming they sale authentic sneakers. They're return policy blows. You can't mail the sneakers back to the address they came from, You have to email them about your return & within 7 days of receiving the sneakers. They have to decide if its worth returning they'll give you an address to mail it back to. I'm still waiting for a reply. The BBB doesn't even have them listed. How can anyone make a complaint about this rip off company?
