I ordered 2 underbed storage items for shoes. They were on sale for $10 a piece but they charge you shipping on both, that's fine I was willing to pay that. After making the purchase, unfortunately on my credit card, they proceeded to call me 4 times at all hours of the day, I finally picked up at 9:30 in the evening. I was put on the phone with someone that spoke broken English and I could only understand every other word, I was at liberty to piece together what was being discussed. He began talking about this trial membership and that after 21 days I have to cancel if I am uninterested. At that time I told him I was uninterested, all I wanted was what I originally ordered. He kept running in circles how I can easily cancel by calling the customer service number that he provided earlier in the call... Which ironically I did not write down because he randomly gave it to me. I kept saying I did not want what he was trying to offer me and that I was too busy to try to remember to cancel something in 21 days. He kept saying if I was unhappy with the services they provide that I can cancel at any time. I then was put on the phone with a "supervisor", again foreign and hard to understand. He was telling me the same things, when I asked how much will be charged to my card (thinking I would hear the amount for the storage unit), he said $2.48??? I repeated it and he told me that was the charge for a $50 gas voucher. WTF??? I insisted that I did not want the voucher and at that point I did not even want the underbed storage. He said he would not charge my card $2.48. At that point I was pretty furious I was not done with the conversation but clearly he was because he ended the conversation with, "We will not charge your card $2.48 thank you so much." CLICK!!! Are you kidding me? They hung up on me so now I am going to watch my credit card like a hawk. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them! Find other options for your shoes it is not worth the hassle or I'm sure this "complimentary" membership that you can cancel after 21 days or pay $90 for. Hope this works out for me but hopefully others will learn from my mistake. EBAY all the way... Much more trust worthy if your purchasing online.
