I had purchased this product i cannot get hardly and channels and i cannot get custmer service no one contacts me back and if i go to the begining page of the advertisement you cannot still get a hold of anyone. I know they got the money because it was added to my credit card bill. I don't even know how to get a refund back. Please help me with this problem. Thank you
