An admail was sent to my inbox advertising hundreds of channels in the US and worldwide on my personal computer for US29.00. It seemed genuine - there was a number to call and I signed up for it, using my VISA card
An immediate response was emailed acknowledging the order, but instead of $29.00 which was just for main stream channels, I observed that I was billed in addition for premium channels @$9.99 and On demand channels also for $9.99.
As I never watch the last two categories, I called up a number which I found on line to cancel the order, I also sent an email Automated messages with promises to call back resulted, eventually I left a message as instructed. There was a promise to call back. This never happened
Statements for the visa card which I used for payment go to my London address and are forwarded to me here here bimonthly so I was not aware until early in December that $49.00 had been debited to my account. Dozens of calls and emails have been ignored. And the irritating thing is that I still keep getting emails in my inbox from 3bsoftware advertising their? Wares.
