Ignorant Cricket customer Service Representatives and Supervisors

Today I was going to pay my cell phone bill when I saw that Cricket has started to charge a $10 reconnect fee, even though my phone was just cut off late last night. I call to ask a representative if I could use the new CricketPaygo cards they have in the stores. She said yes, and told me to just save my receipt. When I realized that when trying to add the minutes, it didn't work I then called back and a representative tells me, "oh I'm sorry, you were given the wrong information but you can call the store or cricketpaygo dept and they can give you a refund. I called the store, they said no. I called back to cricket to get the paygo# and they claim to not have it, but then the rep says "Well I'm a Paygo rep so I can help you" I'm thinking at this point that I am dealing with a bunch of idiots that just got off the short yellow bus. I kept being told how it was my fault because I've been a customer for so long that I should have known that I could not use the card. I explained to them that when I became a Cricket customer they didn't even have this service, so how would know that. I then then explained that because I didn't know, I called and asked and because a representative gave me the wrong information I just lost my money. NO ONE was willing to help me not even the 2 supervisors I spoke to, not to mention they barely spoke english. They just kept telling me it was my fault and the last supervisor hung up in my face when I tried to explain to her that I did not need her read me a long list of account activities, I just needed her to handle the issue at hand. She accused me of cursing at her when I did not and proceeded to say that she would give me her badge# so that I could make a complaint but then hung up in my face. I have been a Cricket customer for 3 years, I have even gotten all of my friends and most of my family to switch over to their service and all of this was over $15. I couldn't afford to lose the $15 because it was all I had. Why wouldn't they just give me a credit of $15 on my account? They put me through hours of being called stupid and being hung up on because they didn't want to lose $15. This is what I get for bringing them business, never having any issues in the past three years, and being a loyal customer. I was blown away by the fact they chose to lose business rather than give a $15 credit.
