Since nov this company has taking money from my account and i haven't receive any type of information i had to go to my bank to get the information, so that i can contact this company

This company has repeatly taking money from my account billing me 19.95 for benefit i never receive. No one never contacted me to see if i every receive any information. I would like to have my money back.
