Copy of my e-mail to this company...
I called your 877 308 4242 number found on my bank statement on 4/27. I want to know why you are taking money out of my account when I have not authorized your company to take $49.95 out of my bank account every month. When I try to log into your website that I got from one of your representatives to cancel, the error message tells me that I am entering an invalid email address.
I have never had or wanted access to your website but you have been charging me for the access. HOW DO I CANCEL THIS? Or is this a scam?
The representative Rico, was able to give me a confirmation number that he stated canceled my "membership" and assured me that I would receive a refund for one month but that it would take 14 days to credit to my account.
I want all of my money back today I have figured out that you have illegally taken $251.70 from my bank account. I want my money refunded. I did not order or receive anything from your company. I don't know how you got my information. But there has been a mistake and I would like your company to rectify this.
Rico, your representative stated that I would receive an E-mail stating that my membership was canceled, I did not receive that either. I read on the first page of your website that you must login to cancel so if I can't do that how do you have my information to be taking my money? And how can I be assured that you will stop taking my money?
This company claims that I signed up for their Real Estate Investors Kit and gave them my information by paying the $1.95 shipping on 12/06. I never ordered or received this product. They first said that they would not refund my money then gave me a confirmation number for my cancelliation and then told me they would refund the last fee taken from my account. I kept asking to speak to someone else nd he refused and when I asked for an address to contact this company by letter he said that he didn't have an address. I don't know how this happened but I feel that they are just going to keep my money.
