They took $. 500 to negotiate loan modification, reduce rTE, mend rate from adjustable to fixed, They just lied to me nothing was done, maxe loose my house giving me false information and now refusing togive me my miney back

JNBCapital Funding, Joseph Bega as the owner, Charge me the amount off $ 3.000 dolaars to negotiate wieh the Bank Sun Trust a Loan modification Back on Octoberr 08, That modification they promis to change the status off the mortgage, including principal reduction, reduce rate, amend rate from adjustable to fixed. I gave them $ 1.5000 dollars in advance, after gave the money, They refuse to take my phon calls, or he will tell me he was to busyy will call me back, never did, will be nasty to me, until now nothing is ben done. For the last 2 months tehy promes me to give the money back, but in the past week they no answer my Phone call. Please I need help te get mymoney back.
