My name is erin, I refinanced with capital mortgage 2 years ago they gave me an adjustable rate thru ASC, my mortgage will be going up by 200. Dollars starting january. I had asked capital mortgage for a fixed rate and soon discovered it was adjustable, I will not be able to afford 732. Dollars a month and the rates will continue to go up thru the duration of my mortgage.
I have 3 children, one is disabled, he had a heart transplant and is on immunosupressant medications for the rest of his life, he frequently sees doctors in bangor maine and has his visits at boston childrens hospital for heart biopsies, i need help to get this mortgage company to work with me in some way to reduce my monthly mortgage costs.
