My company provided consulting services for several months starting June. The CEO, Jamal El Jwaidi signed several fee agreements promising to pay my company and has not paid. After dealing with him for almost a year, he continues to promise to pay and that he is waiting for a loan from London or "abroad" but has never provided documentation showing any activity.
He owes over $30,000.00 plus interest and refuses to pay my company and other business associates.
He borrows money from people, investors and business associates and does not pay back the loans.
