This is the man that uses his piece of land at the NE corner of Russell Rd and the 215 Beltway in the southwest of Las Vegas, pretends that he is buying the office building next to the land, occupies the office building next to it with a model of the so called mixed use project that he claims that he is going to build and is all part of his " CON ". This is all a big front and facade to reel the people in.
Jean Marc El Jwaidi is the CEO and owner of JKG Development LLC and Babuski LLC with his wife Kamila. He has been saying that he is going to build this project namely PG PLAZA for the last two years even though his entitlements to the land expired in approx July and has had no intention of renewing them. He had a Lawyer that was hired to get a zone change but maybe the lawyer was not paid as nothing has happened unless he scrambles now to obtain it to prove that he is doing something.
He constantly harrasses his staff whom he has not paid any wages to... Since July of tries to intimidate everyone by yelling and screaming profanities to bring him hundreds of thousands of dollars that has by now amounted to millions of dollars. He is a smooth talker and soft spoken when he has a family in front of him that he is about to take for a ride and get their money or life savings from them. This is done very cleverly saying that it is a loan and not an Investment where in actual fact it is. He gives them a secured promissiory note with a dangling carrot of an enormous return which hooks them in like a fish from a bucket of water.in actual fact, he has no intentions of paying them their return as promised in the month or two.
Every word that comes out of his mouth is a downright lie. He is great at promising to do things and says that he is a man of his word... But every bit of blood in his body is a lie. When the people that have lent him money call to find out when he is going to pay them back, he gets his assistant to say that he is in Paris where in actual fact he is hiding in his office because he cannot be bothered with their call. Don't forget that this is the people's hard earned money that he has taken. If he answers the phone, he would say that he is in actual fact in Europe bringing back money from somewhere which is another lie. He has got a great follower in his brother Billy who is also a downright liar. You are as good as the money that you bring in and then they don't know you.
JEAN MARC EL JWAIDI is a downright disgrace to the Lebanese Community and to all man kind as he has hurt many a family with no Conscience. I wonder how he sleeps at night. He potrays this man of generosity palming off a hundred here and a hundred there of other people's money thinking that he is someone of importance. Wrong! He is just another Con Man and a pityful liar that is raping the people to live his life of false grandeur. He says that he prays to Allah and reads the Koran. I wonder what he is praying for??? Maybe to teach him how to have more finesse in being a great Con Man. Your Rolls Royce and Bentley (that were repossed) did not earn you respect. You can't buy Royalty. You have to be born into it. He owes me a lot of money and I will be around to see him rot in Jail. If Maddoff was caught, you are small fry and will be following him to his destination.
