Reparwear.com - Charged my account for the purchase of 4 tee shirts and never delivered them. Their contact info is bogus

I ordered 4 tee shirts from Reparwear.com but never received the shirts. When I tried to contact the company I found all their contact info was bogus. Reparwear.com should be taken down and it should be done by Yahoo who host the site and also assists Reparwear.com as acting merchant accounts. Pay Pal should also discontinue Reparwear.com PayPal merchant account.
