This company promises you can get up to 300k as unsecured business lines of credit. This is a total lie. Basically here's how it works. You sign an agreement to pay them 10% of the amount they are "trying" to get for you then you have to pay them the 10% after the 1st line of credit is issued. Even if they don't come through with all of the money you still pay. Also they promise the debt is only against your business and not the CFO. Another lie. When they incorporate you in the state of Nevada that automatically takes the debt and makes it the sole responsibilities of the officers (you and the person you suckered into helping you based on their lies). They said this can never hit your credit. Another Lie. Of course it can and it get's worse, it will turn to a Judgement and be against you and your company on your personal report. My CFO has 800 scores. They promised us "no problem" 300k... They said we can go for "1 million".
After receiving 150k, I never heard from them again. I called and emailed. Finally I got that loser salesman Mike Smith and found out from him that the lenders stopped lending and even people with 850 fico's can only get 100k. They got paid and they ran. They left me and my CFO holding the debt with no chance to get out. This is why he scams you into buying something tangible so when the you can't pay you can sell it to get out as a break even. Either way he still get's paid. Him and his brother (Gary and Donovan) travel and take vacations around the world on your dime. Gary will tell you he has 9 business and keeps building. Ask what happened to R and R Finance. The website and address have changed 3 times in less than 18 months and now you can't find him. There doing a video on facebook and places like that. Stay away from this crook. Also Lori Miller is the secretary part of this scam as well. The worst part of this is they keep getting suckers like me to give them business. Don't fall for their bogus websites or lies.
