In my opinion, Chevy Chase has adopted one of the worst programs of tracking account spending. Here recently during this financial crisis, they have adopted the pending transaction technique which confuses the customers.instead of instantly deducting transactions, they allow the pendings to accumulate & if you have a personal line of credit, withdraw it from the credit line, even if you have money presently in your account. I feel that this is a matter that requires some looking into, because on many occasions they manage to screw up my account. When I questioned the manager, she said I was required to track my account by subtracting the debits from the credits.By implementing this new & improved system, I feel it is their responsibility!!!
