I order the product from the company and by them is now in titled to a refund

I order the testing exam kit for the company stated above. I just found out that the company is no longer in business. Also that the company is a rip off.

I was supposed to be getting a refund in a year. Which is up soon. How do i find out if there are any cases against this company. I would like to know about what is going on with this.

What is being done about not allowing the company to post in the newspaper. That is how i found out about the company.
