This company will call you 10 times a day to sign up with them and as soon as they have your money you will never hear from anyone again! The operator, sales, people, tech support, no one!
The leads that they claim are "pre-qualified" are quite the opposite. Ever lead we received the client has stated that they never asked for information on insurance, are pretty irritated that they were even contacted, demanded to know how we got their information, and has requested that we never call them again.
Their address is only a mailing address. There phone numbers are untraceable. Their BBB rating is an F. Our sales guys name is Art Vandalay who is a character on Seinfeld who of course is never in the office.
We have repeatedly tried to reach anyone in the office. We have never successfully reached anyone! Left several messages and faxes.
Its a great way to throw away money...
