Park is not running Background Checks as required - we have 7 sex offenders living within the park right next door to children.
Park is not salting roads during winter - my sister slipped and feel, busting her face on the cement.

The park offers various incentive to move in... including to help sell your home when ready to leave. But once your house goes up for sale they do not show it nor do they post in right away. The sales people drag their feet and push only the new homes. We have about 10-20 new residents every month.
