I contacted TRI-M Motorcars through AutoTrader about a car I wanted to purchase.
I was sincerely interested in purchasing a car from Trimmotorcars.com, however, by looking at the response that I received from TRI-M Motorcars I could tell that they were not interested in selling a vehicle to me.
All I asked was what their bottom dollar was? - This was important as I would have to drive 3 hours to pick up the car and rather than waste my time driving 3 hours to ask their bottom price. I thought it would obviously be something to ask up front.
They obviously don't care about their customers as I was rudely told to go purchase one somewhere else.
He should be fired!
His response was clearly an indication of how they do business and if that's the case, then people should be-warned about this dealership. Who knows how they would act after purchasing a car?
Their loss, My gain. I have the money/cash on hand to purchase the car and already own several luxury vehicles.
To Hell with Trim motor cars! - I'll just purchase a car somewhere else this week.
