Complaint / Review
David M. Fuller
LICENSE TO STEAL Palmeto, Georgia Lawrenceville

In Fuller was retained and paid a one time fee to represent me in a divorce. The very next day, the check was endorsed by Fuller and his wife and deposited into a Wachovia account. Fuller failed to enter himself as attorney of record, contrary to Georgia Supreme Court Superior Rules. After one appearance, failed to return calls and failed to show on a subsequent hearings and fell off radar. Filed grievance with Ga Bar, Rita Payne, citing attorney failed to enter himself as attorney of record. Was told grievance would not be moved to General Council because failing to enter as attorney of record is not a violation of ethics (So much for GA Supreme Court regulations Rita). Was advised to file fee arbitration.infromed Bar it was filed at the same time as grievance. Months later grievance was heard, Fuller thumbed his nose and did not show. Panel gave me full award and in accordance I notified Fuller and demanded payment. Fuller thumbed his nose again. Filed for confirmation of award in Fulton County; located Fuller and he did not show. Superior Court Judge confirmed award on default basis because Fuller thumbed his nose. Currently appealed to GA Bar for payment under Client Security Fund after Fuller replied he was "judgement proof" and had no assets. Fuller not complying with post judgement discovery and failing to honor Superior Court Judge order. Bar advised I did not qualify for Client Security Fund needed to have attorney disbarred, indefinitely suspended, or attorney must deceased.

Fuller has been convicted of DUI while sitting as a Magistrate in Gwinnett County. Pleaded guilty to Disorderly conduct after beiing charged with Battery, Simple Battery, and Cruelty to children after hitting his daughter on or about her face in the presense of his granddaughter. Another default judgement in Gwinnett for services not rendered totlaing approximately 12k, default judgement on a law suit for malicous prosecution where he had a father locked up in front of his 4 year son after agreeing to dismiss fictous aggravated stalking charges. Violation of TPO from his wife where he received probation and violated again and served over six months.

Not to mention a Federal income tax lien for over 85k in Fulton County and various State income tax liens in excess of 10k.

The beauty is, Fuller is still a member of the Georgia Bar and is Good Standing. Have been told GA Bar members are not subject to Open Records because they are a private institution. Their own motto is to serve public interests and confidence. Without the public court system there is no need for an attorney; private institution huh. Furthermore, an individual is forbidden to practice law without a license in the State of Georgia, but obviously that license makes you above the law. What about the insurance doctors are required to have for malpractice? Where is the public transparency to see the confidential files of attorneys who defend their very freedoms that they pay to protect. Talk about a walled off society with doublle standards. Who polices the attorneys and judges. Wake up people and understand who is running this country. Demand for transparency with attroney records so that you can make an informed decision when it comes to your rights. How many people have been advised to plea to lessor charges because an attorney wanted to move on to another higher paying customer? Remember, you are the employer and they are the employee. Terminate their license to steal!!!

Still fighting the system. Stay posted.
