March 17th i went into Gwinnett Place Nissan (GPN from now on) and purchased a 2005 Nissan Sentra. I did not finance, I paid cash. When they handed me the keys I noticed I had a hard time starting the car. It took a few tries from me and the car dealer themselves to get it going, they claimed it was a kill switch.

This problem continued happening and also caused the car to run rough once warming up. Before my 3000 mile warranty ended I brought the car back for servicing. I explained my issue and how the problem has been happening since I got the car. Six hundred dollars and a lot of aggravation later, GPN replaced the Fuel Pressure Regulator. This was only a temporary fix. I noticed the car running rough a few days later, however it was starting fine.

Today is May 25th. I have owned this vehicle for two months and seven days. I am supposed to go to Florida in the morning... With said Nissan Sentra / THe running rough continued until this morning when the check engine light came on. I brought the car to an express lube center for the diagnostic, they replaced the spark plugs and then informed me that there was Stop Leak, a chemical additive placed in leaky coolant systems, in my coolant system, and it has caused the Gasket Head to break.

I brought the car to GPN after hearing this in an attempt to get them to fix it pro bono seeing as I never put stop leak in it, and my personal mechanic has never put stop leak in it.

I was told it would normally be a $1610.00 fix after GPN took two hours to diagnose my problem. Before I even attempted to negotiate they dropped the price a hundred dollars and told me they would provide me a car for two days. If you've been reading, I am supposed to be going to Florida for six.

I am a college student down here and my parents helped me purchase the car. WHen my father told me to have the general manager Billy Mierer call him, Billy refused to call him and pushed the issue onto the service guys that were actually trying to help me. Billy Mierer is an irresponsible Manager and needs to realize that his associates failed to provide the service that they offer.

They know they are in the wrong. They accepted that car on a trade on March 9th, inspected it on march 11th, and sold it to me sic days later on March 17th.

I went to GPN thinking I was getting a great deal on a reliable (or so i thought) car and have been bending over for the fat cats at GPN pouring money into a lost cause. DO NOT use GPN, they are liars.

I am not asking for a new car from them, I just want them to fix the problems that they are responsible for at no expense to me.
