On 05/07, I went to a web site that offered free MP3's and registered for the free MP3's. A week later, on 05/14, MYInternetPayday withdrew $78.64 from my checking account via Paypal.
When I called MyInternetPayday to see what happened, I had to hold for about an hour before the person on the phone told me that I had consented to the charges and that what they had done was legal, and I was just out of luck. If I had not canceled the MyInternetPayday account that I had not consented to in the first place, MyInternetPayday would have taken $78.64 from my bank account every month thereafter...
It is now 05/25, and I have not recieved anything at all for my money that was stolen by MyInternetPayday.
I am 20 years old, and have no income.
To prevent any recurring charges from these crooks, I have closed out my bank account and my paypal account, because I don't want to be ripped off again by MyInternetPayday.
Can anyone help me get my money back from these scam artists?
