Does not answer their refund request line

I signed up for the one week trial for $1 and tried to access the back office for the training materials. Unfortunately the links for most of the training videos did not work. So I decided to cancel my membership. But when I called the 888 number to cancel, during regular business hours for Colorado, I got a message that the mailbox was full. Obviously this is a number that does not ring through to a live operator and is probably never reviewed. So I cancelled my debit card before the 1 week trial period was up so that I would not be charged the $70 for the one month membership. Buyer beware...
