I take full responsibility for buying to the young man's very persuavsive and persistent offer to imporove my website by adding a Site Map. He showed me other sites that had site maps and explained since I couldn't write code for the internet, they could. I paid and waited. When I called, I was set up with an appointment to go over my website. I had already done that with the salesperson, but I listened patiently. I asked for my Site Map and was told it was almost finished. When I called again, I was told to call the same person I had already talked to about my website. No one had record of me already doing that. When I asked when I might see my Site Map on the website, I was told it had been done long ago and was working for me. Funny, all I did was start to receive 300 gross emails a day - no business to date. I asked why they had asked for the password for my website when they later told me they didn't need it. That questions has not been answered.

I would, under NO ciecumstance, pay for something I couldn't see, especially for hundreds of dollars. I paid for a site map and was shown several in the presentation.
I think I was mislead as to what they could really do for me by an over-zealous salesperson.
