I placed an order but received nothing and they took my money Santa Fe New Mexico

I ordered two Horse hair Bracelets, which they charged $26.00 for 0ne and $25.99 including shipping. I have sent a number of emails, and call the number they supplied, but all I get is an answering machine that says it is full of messages and then disconnects
