P.O. Box 6100, Westerville, Ohio 43086 Auto debitted my checking account for $12.99 a month for approx. 6 months

When I called to inquire what services I was being charged for neither agents "Rena", "Gulce". Or manager "Mark Wright", would tell me. All the manager agreed to do was to take my name of their list and cancel my "membership". He refused to tell me when or how this transaction took place and what other entity it was attached to.

I requested a letter or e-mail to follow-up with my bank, but the manager refused to supply either.
