These people harassed me for approximately 6 months, on a debt that is owed by my husband. I finally agreed to a one time debit out of my personal checking account, and these people have taken out a debit every month since then.
I tried to call the company Talbot, Adams, and Moore and I basically got the run around. I was told nobody is in the office until 9 A.M. When I called back at 9 A.M. The lady I spoke with was very rude. After treating me like trash off the street and getting all of my information, I was told that she would not be able to do anything and that I would have to call back at 3 P.M.
I feel that these people need to start treating people with respect. They need to be honest, and quit taking money out of peoples accounts and especially on debts that don't even belong to that person.
It is not good business to portray yourself as something you are not, and that is exactly what these monsters are doing.
