Took $25000.00 toward purchase of a machine tool, neither the machine nor the refund

Buyer Beware:-
This machine tool broker in Sugar land, Texas is a complete Rip-off. They will lure you into buying the machine tool which they are unable to deliver and when asked for refund will disappear from the face of earth like what they are doing to my company. They owe us $25000.00 for about 28 days and will not return any phone calls or e-mails.
