No order acknowledgment recieved no shipping documentation recieved told item had not shipped then when I asked to cancel because of poor business practices was told they could not cancel because the item shipped. Asked for proof of shipment told me they could not because items ship via common carrier. Screamed and yelled at me and blamed the bad customer service on me the customer. Really bad experience.in dispute with my credit card company. They also immediately charged my credit card before any shipment processing.
