Buy one and get one free for 14.95 costing me 59.66 on visa card rip me right off Canada

Shown on ty wonder hanger. Advertise to buy one article and get one free if you buy now from ty. Cost 14.95 plus taxe i presume. Asking for credit card witch i did and ive receive 2 kit as advertise but the catch is it cost me 59.66 and it was taken from my credit card. I dont have ther phone number anymore and no email on the boxes. So ive learned my lesson. So i will not buy anymore from nobody on internet or online
