Told me to sell my time share and took deposit and said it will be paid back after sale Largo Florida

Dear sir
i received a phone call from scott investment property solutions he is advertising executive, that he will sell my timeshare in beach house australia for us$ 15000 and I have to deposit us$1256 in case I change my mind so i gave my credit card no and send him signed documents to sell it. I have not heard from him he is not replying my emails and when I rang him a voice message said somebody will contact me so i am worried that I have lost my money, it only happened last week still they should contact me as he said he has a buyer from uk
