In Nov. 2008 I was solicited by a rep. Of said company with the offer that if I purchased a 3 month subscription of magazines I would receive a gift certificate of $100 to Chico mall at various stores they had contracts with. So I ordered. I received no magazines for 6 months, but I was billed non the less, and when I tried to cancel my subscription they told me I couldn't for 5 yrs. Because I was bound by verbal contract.
